Lauren King

Lauren King discovered Palm Beach Atlantic University through her brother, who had already experienced the strong sense of community and spoke highly of the Art Education program. From the moment she arrived, she knew PBA was the right place for her.

As an Art Education major at PBA, Lauren found a program that combined her passion for creativity with her desire to teach. She has always loved art, but at PBA she discovered how meaningful it can be to share that passion with students and inspire them to explore their own creativity.

Throughout her time at PBA, Lauren was deeply impacted by the Christ-centered community. From professors who invested in her life to friendships that will last a lifetime, she found a supportive environment where she could grow both personally and spiritually.

Lauren credits the community, spiritual life leaders, and faith-based opportunities on campus for helping her develop a deeper relationship with God. Being surrounded by other students who are passionate about their faith has strengthened her identity and calling.

Her God-Sized dream is to inspire others through both creativity and faith. She hopes to remind students that creativity comes from God and to help reclaim the arts as a way to glorify Him.

Lauren expresses gratitude to those who support PBA, recognizing that their generosity allows students to grow, discover their calling, and impact the world.
